The Dunedin Fund Programme has made its third investment, making a commitment to the Dutch mid-market fund Egeria III.
The Dunedin Fund Programme has made its third investment, making a commitment to the Egeria III fund. The fund closed at its limit of €500m and was oversubscribed by investors. The fund will be managed by Egeria, a leading Dutch based private equity manager, and will target control buyouts in Holland where the Enterprise Value of the companies in which it invests is between €50m and €200m.
